摘要：分析开展全过程造价咨询服务的必要性，对造价咨询服务的现状及存在问题进行阐述，针对这些问题，从范围拓展、层次拓展、领域拓展、技术拓展四个方面提出开展全过程造价咨询服务的发展路径，并给出开展全过程工程造价咨询服务的实施对策和建议。

Abstract：The paper analyzes the necessity of the whole process cost consultation service，current situation and problems of cost consultation service. Aiming at these problems，puts forward a development path of the whole process consultation from four aspects：scope expansion，level expansion，field expansion and technology expansion，and gives implementation countermeasures and suggestions for the whole process cost consultation.
