摘要：结合工程造价改革和“数字中国”建设的背景，梳理了电网工程造价管控的特点、痛点以及转型需求，在此基础上指出“数字造价体系”是行业高质量发展的必然方向。然后系统阐述了“电网工程数字造价体系”的概念和内涵。最后从数据、逻辑、应用、生态文化等层面论述了实现路径。

Abstract：Under the background of engineering cost reform and the construction of “Digital China”，this paper sorts out the characteristics，pain points and transformation needs of power grid engineering cost management. On the basis，proposes that “digital cost system” is an inevitable direction for the high-quality development of this field. And then systematically expounds the concept and connotation of “power grid engineering digital cost system”. Finally，discusses the practical approach from the aspects of data，logic，application and ecological culture.
