摘要：以某体育场馆PPP项目为例，从实施机构的角度分析了项目在建设期遇到的常见风险。结合案例项目的实际情况，分析上述风险产生的原因，并提出对策建议，希望为社会资本方PPP项目全方位管理提供有益参考和经验，提升实施机构PPP项目风险管控能力。

Abstract：Taking a stadium PPP project as an example，this paper analyzes the common risks encountered during the construction period from the perspective of the implementing organization. Combined with the actual situation of the case project，analyzes the causes of the above risks，and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions，hopes to provide reference and experience for the overall management of PPP projects，and to improve the risk control ability of the implementing organization.
