摘要：回顾施工图审查制度发展的历程，结合研究团队参与实施的不同地区、不同建设组织模式和不同使用功能的工程建设项目的设计管理实践，对施工图审查制度发挥的作用与局限性进行分析研究，梳理当前建筑市场对取消施工图审查制度的应对措施及市场影响。在此基础上，提出施工图审查制度取消后勘察设计成果质量保障机制方面的建议。

Abstract：This paper reviews the history of the development of the construction drawing review system. In addition，by investigating the research team’s design management practices of engineering construction projects in different regions，construction organization modes，and use functions，highlights the construction drawing review system’s roles and limitations，sorts out the approaches and impacts of the current construction market regarding the abolition of the construction drawing review system.On this basis，proposes solutions to the quality assurance mechanism of survey and design results after the abolition of the construction drawing review system.
