摘要：BIM技术应用服务取费标准的缺失制约着BIM技术在我国的推广和应用，建设行业各方呼唤科学合理的BIM应用服务计费标准的出台。本文根据我国BIM技术应用的实际情况和已有的计费标准，研究并设计了BIM技术应用服务费的计费方法与计费依据测算方法，根据不同工程项目类别分别提出了计算方法并测定了计算系数。本文对推动建设领域BIM技术应用工作做出了一定的探索，对BIM技术应用服务费用的相关理论和实践具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract：The lack of charging standards for BIM technical services restricts the promotion and application of BIM technology in China. All stakeholders in construction industry call for the introduction of scientific and reasonable charging standards for BIM application services. Based on the actual situation and the billing standards of some provinces and cities，studies and designs the BIM technology application service fee cost estimation and pricing methods，and proposes calculation methods and measures the calculation coefficients according to different project categories. This paper makes a certain exploration to promote the application of BIM technology in construction field. It has a certain reference value for the related theories and experimental research of BIM service costs.
