摘要：健康建筑是建筑领域落实“健康中国”战略的重要抓手。本文以河北省某健康建筑项目为例，从技术体系特点、成本预期、促进企业转型发展等方面阐述健康建筑的新业态特征，在此基础上，从标准体系、政策引导和科技创新等角度分析我国健康建筑新业态高质量创新发展路径。

Abstract：Healthy building is an important starting point for the implementation of “healthy China” strategy in the construction field. This paper takes representative healthy building project in Hebei province as an example，analyzes the characteristics of new business forms of healthy buildings from the aspects of technical system features，cost expectations，and promoting enterprise transformation and development. On the basis，analyzes the development path of high-quality innovation in the new business form of health building in China from the perspective of standard system，policy guidance and scientific and technological innovation.
