摘要：企业价值评估能帮助社会和人们全面准确地认识企业。从分析建筑企业的价值特征入手，结合建筑企业特点分析了三种企业价值评估方法对建筑企业的适用性，并选择自由现金流折现法对某上市建筑企业进行分析。

Abstract：Enterprise value assessment can help society and people to have a comprehensive and accurate understanding of enterprises. This paper starts from analysing the value characteristics of construction enterprises，analyses the applicability of three enterprise value assessment methods to construction enterprises with the characteristics of construction enterprises，and chooses the discounted free cash flow method to analyse a listed construction enterprise.
