[摘　要]　基于精益供应链管理思想，建立了房地产集成化精益供应链模型。在模型中有效集成了房地产企业内外部资源，通过信息集成服务平台将内外部集成的节点对应起来，实现房地产企业内部流程以及企业外部供应链上合作伙伴的信息整合与一体化作业，实现房地产开发的组织集成、过程集成与信息集成，提升房地产开发供应链体系的整体竞争能力，最终提高客户服务质量，强化企业市场竞争力。

Abstract: Based on lean supply chain management thinking, establishes an integrated lean supply chain optimization model of real estate. The model integrates both internal and external resources of the real estate effectively, the result is the internal and external points of integration can be corresponded through information service platform. It can also realize the integration of information and operations both in enterprise internal processes and external supply chain partners of the real estate industry. It can improve the overall competitive abilities of the supply chain system of the real estate enterprise, and eventually enhance the quality of customer services so as to strengthen the market competitive abilities.
