摘要：通过调研分析国内经济形势、市场环境、财政政策，从顺应市场趋势、拓展企业产能和增强可持续发展能力等方面，分析新形势下大型建筑企业特别是大型建筑央企开展投融资业务的必要性，并从区域和项目选择、投融资模式、关键环节把控、外部合作机制、运行与执业合规度等方面提出相关建议，为大型建筑企业开展投融资业务提供参考。

Abstract：Through investigation and analysis of domestic economic situation，market environment，and fiscal policy，this paper analyzes the necessity for large construction enterprises，especially Chinese central State-owned large construction enterprises，to invest in financing market in the area of following market trend，expanding business capacity，and enhancing sustainable development. The paper provides related suggestions for large construction enterprises who plan to invest in financing market in different perspectives，including selecting region and project，investment model for financing，controlling relevant key component，external cooperation mechanism，and operation and practice compliance.
