摘要：当前我国绿色建筑存在着“重建轻管”现象，在碳中和背景下，加强绿色建筑运营管理是建筑领域减少碳排放的重要举措。本文基于利益相关者视角，剖析我国绿色建筑运营管理中存在的问题，探讨绿色建筑运营管理“全过程参与”、“多主体协同”的创新路径，并在此基础上提出运营管理的创新策略，希望为提升绿色建筑运营管理水平、促进建筑业低碳转型提供参考。

Abstract：At present，there is a phenomenon of “more efforts on construction and less on management” in China’s green buildings. In the context of carbon neutralization，further strengthening the operation management of green buildings is an important measure to reduce carbon emissions in the construction field. Based on the perspective of stakeholders，this paper analyzes the problems existing in China’s green building operation management，discusses the innovation path of “whole process participation” and “multi-agent cooperation” of green building operation management，and puts forward the innovation strategy of operation management on this basis，hopes to provide reference for the improvement and promotion of green building operation management and the low-carbon transformation of construction industry.
