基于SNA的重大工程价值共创动态关系网络研究——以义乌商城大道为例

摘要:以义乌商城大道为例,基于价值共创视角,采用SNA方法探索重大工程全生命周期主体间的资源流动和互动规律。首先,厘清重大工程价值共创多元异质主体的价值主张。接着,构建项目前期、建设和运营三个主要阶段的价值共创网络模型,计算网络密度、中心度和中心势三个结构指标,分析重大工程全生命周期价值共创主体关系的动态演化规律。最后,提出三个价值联盟策略,包括均衡政府和社会资本的力量格局、重视项目全生命周期的价值创造和将社会公众纳入价值创造体系。关键词:重大工程;价值共创;社会网络分析;动态关系网络Abstract:Uses social network analysis(SNA)to explore the resource flow and interaction behavior among stakeholders in the whole life cycle of megaprojects based on the perspective of value co-creation,taking Yiwu Mall Avenue as an example. Firstly,clarifies the value proposition of multiple stakeholders of value co-creation in megaprojects. Next,constructs a dynamic network model of value co-creation in three main stages of the project,including pre-construction,construction and operation stages,calculates three structure indexes of network density,centrality and centralization,and analyzes the dynamic evolution rules of the relationship between stakeholders of value co-creation in the whole life cycle of megaprojects.
