摘要：综合管廊工程相关计价依据参差不齐、零散不精，投资确定与控制缺规范、难把握。科学合理且规范的计价标准可为管廊工程造价控制、项目管理提供坚实、有效的依据。以深圳市综合管廊定额编制为例，从造价管理角度阐述计价标准编制的必要性，介绍特点及方法，阐明实践应用的要点。通过研究，明确了综合管廊工程计价标准的编制及应用要义，以期对综合管廊工程造价的合理确定与有效控制提供助益。

Abstract：As urban utility tunnel engineering related valuation basis is uneven，investment control and management is difficult，scientific and reasonable valuation standard can provide a solid and effective basis for pipe gallery project cost control and project management. Takes Shenzhen urban utility tunnel engineering quota compilation as an example，expounds the necessity of valuation standard compilation from the perspective of cost management of urban utility tunnel project，introduces the characteristics and methods of valuation standard compilation of Shenzhen urban utility tunnel engineering，and expounds its practical application.Through this study，clarifies the positioning and function of the valuation standard of the urban utility tunnel project andits application，in order to provide help for the reasonable determination and effective control of the cost of the urban utility tunnel project
