摘要：基于工程审计经验，按照前期阶段、勘察设计阶段、实施阶段、竣工结算阶段探讨工程总承包项目实施过程中的主要风险因素及对策，希望为有效管控总承包项目风险提供参考。

Abstract：Based on the audit experience of EPC project，this paper discusses the main risk factors and countermeasures of EPC project according to the preliminary stage，survey and design stage，implementation stage and completion settlement stage，hopes to provide reference for effective risk control of EPC project.
