[摘　要]　分析了商业地产对投资影响的现状和趋势，以及商业地产与消费之间的紧密联系，指出发展商业地产对保持投资的稳定增长和促进消费具有重要的意义，对经济增长的直接、间接贡献率都将提升。

Abstract: Analyses the status quo and trend of commercial real estate to influencing investment, as well as the close connection between commercial real estate and consumption, it is pointed out that to develop commercial real estate has important significant for keeping the steady increase of investment and promoting consumption, and the direct and indirect contribution rate to economic growth will be improved.
