基于智能建造的建筑工业化发展模式研究

摘要:近年来,智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展已成为加快建筑业转型升级、推动建筑业高质量发展的重要途径。然而,智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展过程中存在协同不足、上下游企业关联性不强、管理制度与发展模式不适配等问题。基于此,本文依托互联网、大数据、BIM等智能化技术,构建基于智能建造的建筑工业化发展模式,即DCCO模式,并将项目建造过程划分为六个阶段,探讨在该模式下各阶段智能化技术与建筑工业化的融合应用,探究DCCO模式的运作机制,为推动智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展提供参考。

Abstract:In recent years,the coordinated development of intelligent construction and building industrialization has become an important way to accelerate the transformation of construction industry and promote high-quality development. However,in the process of the collaborative development of intelligent construction and building industrialization,problems such as poor synergy,weak correlation between upstream and downstream enterprises,and mismatches between management system and development mode have not been well solved. Based on this,this paper builds development mode of building industrialization based on intelligent construction,namely DCCO model,with intelligent technologies such as Internet,big data and BIM. Divides six construction stages to explore fusion application of intelligent technology and building industrialization,analyzes operation mechanism of the mode,provides reference to realize coordinated development of intelligent construction and building industrialization.
