考虑规模差异的建筑企业数字化转型关键路径研究

摘要:在考虑规模差异的情境下,将建筑企业群体划分为大型和中小型两类,分析这两类建筑企业在数字化转型发起阶段、实施阶段、协同阶段的驱动力因素,在此基础上提炼对数字化转型影响程度较大的驱动力因素,并据此提出不同规模的建筑企业进行数字化转型的关键路径,希望为建筑业企业的数字化转型提供参考。关键词:规模差异;大型建筑企业;中小型建筑企业;数字化转型Abstract:In the context of considering the difference in scale,the paper divides the group of construction enterprises into two categories:large sized,small and medium-sized,and analyzes the driving factors of these two types of construction enterprises in the initiation stage,implementation stage,and collaboration stage of digital transformation.
