建设项目暂估价设置与执行风险预控研究

摘要:基于业主方视角,分析建设项目暂估价设置与执行中常见的问题,包括项目设置过多,实施主体、实施方式约定不明,价格调整方式缺乏清晰约定等,围绕暂估价项目内容设置、实施主体选择、价格调整及风险化解提出应对措施,以期对业主方暂估价项目管理提供参考。关键词:建设项目;暂估价;风险预控;项目管理Abstract:Based on the perspective of the owner,this paper analyzes the common problems in the setting and implementation of the provisional estimate of the construction project,including too many project settings,unclear agreement on the implementation subject and implementation method,lack of clear agreement on the price adjustment method,and puts forward countermeasures from three aspects:the setting of the content of the provisional estimate project,the selection of the implementation subject,and the resolution of the risk of price adjustment,in order to provide reference for the owner’s provisional estimate project management.Keywords:construction project;prime cost sum;risk precontrol;project management建筑经济,2022(02):62-67
