摘要：从界定建筑业绿色经济的内涵出发，考虑绿色经济转化效率和产出效益共同作用，建立建筑业绿色经济绩效评价指标体系，选取2008年～2018年相关面板数据，对建筑业绿色经济绩效进行评价并揭示其变化趋势。结果表明，全国建筑业绿色经济绩效水平存在波动，整体偏低且处于缓慢提升阶段；同时，全国各区域建筑业绿色经济绩效水平差异性显著，呈两极分化态势。

Abstract：This paper defines the green economy of the construction industry，constructs the evaluation index system of it by considering the joint effect of transformation efficiency and output benefit of green economy，chooses the relevant panel data from 2008 to 2018 to evaluate green economic performance assessment of construction industry and the change trend. Results show that there are fluctuations in the level of green economic performance in China’s construction industry，which is the stage of lower overall levels and is rising slowly.And the levels of the green economic performance of the regional construction industry differ which shows a polarization trend.
