摘要：近年来我国政府在工程建设领域大力推进全过程工程咨询，政府投资村居改造项目工程内容复杂、建设周期有限，传统碎片化工程咨询模式影响项目管理效果，需要通过全过程工程咨询提高项目管理水平。基于某政府投资村居改造工程项目特点和建设要求，通过工程咨询合同管理及建设单位授权，以代建单位为主体对全过程工程咨询服务进行了一定探索，以期为同类项目进行全过程工程咨询提供参考。

Abstract：The mode of whole process engineering consulting has been encouraged by China governmentin recent years. Because thevillage renovation project invested by government features relatively large scale，complicated construction content and limited construction period，it needs the traditional fragmented engineering consulting mode impacts the effect of project management and the whole process engineering consulting to improve the project management level. Based on the characteristic and requirements of the government-invested village renovation project，this paper explores and practices the whole process engineering consulting through the configuration management of engineering consulting contract management and authorization by the owner，then hopes to provide reference in similar projects.
