摘要：建筑业是劳动密集型行业，构建科学高效的用工制度对行业持续发展至关重要。本文通过对中国建筑业用工制度的演变路径进行研究，分析中国建筑业在不同发展阶段用人制度的特点及深层次问题，提出构建“专业化分工生产体制”的革新路径，为中国建筑业和建筑企业探索高质量发展下的新型用工制度提出方案建议。

Abstract：As the construction industry is a labor-intensive industry，building a scientific and efficient employment system is crucial to the sustainable development. By studying the evolution path of the employment system of China’s construction industry，the paper analyzes the characteristics and in-depth issues of the employment system at different stages of development，and proposes an innovative path to build a “specialized production system” for the construction industry as well as solutions for the Chinese construction industry and construction companies to explore a new employment system under high-quality development.
