[摘　要]　对日本、韩国、新加坡、芬兰、美国、英国等典型发达国家政府在建筑业信息化过程中发挥的作用进行了分析，结合各国建筑业实际情况对上述作用进行了比较，探究了对我国建筑业信息化过程中政府作用发挥的启示。研究表明，各国政府的具体作用方式及强度存在较大差异，这种差异与各国建筑业管理体制、行业发展水平及信息化建设现状等因素密切相关。

Abstract: In this paper, it is concretely studied that how some different governments' functions on construction IT are applied in some typical developed countries, including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Finland, USA and UK, then the differences are discussed according to different industry circumstances in different developed countries, at the end of this paper, some experiences and implications to China are also concluded. It is indicated that there are many differences among governments' functions on construction IT in these typical developed countries, and the differences among different countries are closely related to their different industry management systems, industry development levels and construction IT status.
