摘要：预制构件工厂与设计、施工等上下游企业联系紧密，在大量预制构件工厂运营状况不佳的背景下，基于供应链管理视角构建预制构件工厂供应链管理模型，在此基础上，结合现实情况分析供应链运行中的突出问题，最后提出对策，希望帮助预制构件工厂全面提升市场竞争力。

Abstract：Prefabricated component factories are closely connected with upstream and downstream enterprises such as design and construction，under the background of poor operation of a large number of prefabricated factories，from the perspective of supply chain management，this paper introduces the supply chain theory to construct the supply chain management model of prefabricated component factory. On this basis，combined with the actual situation，analyzes the prominent problems in the operation of supply chain，and finally puts forward countermeasures，hopes to help improving competitiveness of prefabricated component factories.
