摘要：结合高质量发展理念以及建筑业发展特征确定建筑业高质量发展的内涵，构建包含产业基础、建筑产品、社会效益、国际化以及建造过程5个表征维度的建筑业高质量发展评价体系。将评价体系应用于北京、上海、天津、重庆四地区，验证评价体系的可用性和有效性，希望为相关部门开展行业发展统计和监测，识别薄弱环节和领域，制定针对性的政策措施引导建筑业高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract：By Combining the concept of high-quality development and the development characteristics of construction industry，this paper determines the connotation of high-quality development of construction industry，builds evaluation system for the high-quality development of the construction industry including five dimensions of the industrial basis，the product supply，the social benefits，the internationalization，and the construction process. Applies the evaluation system to evaluate the quality of the construction industry in Beijing，Shanghai，Tianjin，and Chongqing，verifies the system availability and effectiveness，hopes to provide reference for relevant departments carrying out industry development statistics and monitoring，identifying weak links and fields，formulating targeted policies and measures to guide the high-quality development of the construction industry.
