摘要：装配式装修的发展受多重因素影响，各因素并非孤立存在。借鉴波特钻石模型识别出12项影响因素，运用ISM模型分析因素之间相互关系以及影响路径，绘制多层递阶结构图，分析因素影响机理。研究表明：政府推广力度作为最深层影响因素对装配式装修的发展具有深刻影响；技术体系完备程度等中间层因素既受深层因素影响，对表层因素也具有影响；装修成本等表层因素对其发展具有最直接的影响。最后从政府行为、生产要素等方面提出对策建议。

Abstract：The development of prefabricated decoration is influenced by multiple factors，which do not exist in isolation. Based on Michael Porter diamond model，this paper identifies 12 specific influencing factors and uses ISM to analyze the relationships between factors and the influence path，draws a multi-level hierarchical structure diagram，and reveals the influencing mechanism of factors. The research shows that the government promotion，as the deepest influencing factor，has a profound impact on the development of prefabricated decoration. The technical system completeness and other intermediate factors are influenced by both deep factors and surface factors. The surface factors such as decoration cost have the most direct influence on its development. Finally，puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of government behavior and factors of production.
