基于ISM的装配式建筑成本控制研究

摘要：高成本已成为阻碍装配式建筑发展或推广的主要因素，加强对装配式建筑的成本管控，对其发展有重要意义。整理筛选出13个具有代表性的影响因素，构建基于ISM的装配式建筑成本影响指标体系，分析因素间的相互关系，并结合层次分析法和熵值法得出各影响因素的权重。分析表明，构件价格、产业链完整性、预制率与装配率、项目管理经验及体系对装配式建筑成本影响较大。基于研究结果提出合理的成本管控措施及建议，为装配式建筑发展提供参考。关键词：装配式建筑；ISM；影响因素；成本控制Abstract：High cost has become a major factor that hinders the development or promotion of prefabricated buildings. It is of great significance to strengthen the cost controlof prefabricated buildings. The paper screens and sorts 13 representative influencing factors，and constructs an index system of prefabricated building cost based on ISM. Thenanalyzes the interrelationship of each factor，and obtains the weight of each influencing factor by combining the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method. Shows thatcomponent price，industrial chain integrity，prefabrication rate and assembly rate，project management experience and system have a great impact on the cost of prefabricatedbuilding.
