装配式建筑产业工人胜任力研究

摘要:鉴于目前装配式建筑产业工人职业化素质普遍不高,需建立一套产业工人胜任力评价体系,对产业工人的职业胜任力进行理论需求分析。结合专家访谈和调研,从专业知识与技能、学习与创新能力、工作表现与个人特质、职业意识与职业规划四大维度构建胜任力模型。然后发放调研问卷,利用SPSSAU软件进行模型检验,并进行定量评价。结果表明产业工人总体胜任力不足,并分析不足点,为提升产业工人职业素质提供参考。关键词:装配式建筑;产业工人;胜任力模型;调研问卷Abstract:In view of the fact that the professional quality of industrial workers in the prefabricated building is generally not high at present,it is necessary to establish a set of evaluation system of industrial workers’ competence,and analyze the theoretical needs of industrial workers’ professional competency. This paper combines with expert interviews and research,from four dimensions of competency:professional knowledge and skills,learning and innovation ability,work performance and personal characteristics,professional awareness and professional planning,constructs the competency model. Then,carries out a questionnaire,uses spssau software to test the model,and carries out quantitative evaluation. The results show that the overall competency of industrial workers is insufficient,and analyzes the deficiencies,so as to provide reference for improving the professional quality of industrial workers.Keywords:prefabricated building;industrial workers;competency model;survey questionnaire参考文献[1] McClelland.
