摘要：为加快装配式建筑供应链发展，结合其特点将动态联盟组织模式引入其中，并重新界定二者融合后新的概念与特性。鉴于装配式建筑供应链协作主体的选择是影响其稳固运行的关键因素，构建出装配式建筑供应链动态联盟协作主体的一、二级选择指标体系。最后基于粗糙集理论（RS）对指标集进行降维处理，并通过熵权改进TOPSIS法构建出联盟内协作主体的选择评价模型。

Abstract：In order to accelerate the development of prefabricated building supply chain，this paper introduces the dynamic alliance organization model in combination with its characteristics，and redefines the new concept and characteristics after the integration of the two. At the same time，construts the primary and secondary selection index system of dynamic alliance cooperation subject in prefabricated building supply chain. Based on the rough set theory（RS），reduces the index set in dimension，and establishes an evaluation model for the selection of cooperative agents in the alliance by using the entropy weight improved TOPSIS method.
