摘要：2020版《建设项目工程总承包合同（示范文本）》（GF-2020-0216），相较2011版做了大量的更新调整。从示范文本通用条款的整体变化、新增“发包人要求”等关键条款方面，对2020版与2011版示范文本进行对比分析。结果表明：新版示范文本除了在字数和条款数上有明显增加以外，合同条款更加复杂，合同的协调功能更突出，更注重与国际国内现行相关合同条件以及最新政策的契合。

Abstract：The 2020 version of “General Contract for Construction Projects（Model Text）”（GF-2020-0216）has made a lot of updates and adjustments compared with the 2011 version. From the perspective of the overall changes in the general terms of model text and the addition of key terms such as “Contractor request”，this paper makes a comparative analysis between the 2020 version and the 2011 version of the model text. The results show that，in addition to a significant increase in the number of words and terms，the new version of the model text is more complex in terms of contract terms，more prominent in the coordination function of contracts，and more emphasis is placed on the compatibility with existing relevant international and domestic contract conditions and latest policies.
