[摘　要]　对我国建筑工程施工中“包工队”模式存在的问题进行了详细的分析，对存在问题的不良后果进行了归纳总结，提出了解决问题的具体建议、实施措施和注意事项，详细阐述了解决措施对未来的影响。

Abstract: This paper performed a detailed analysis on the problems under mode of construction team in building construction. It also concluded and summaried the defective consequence of these problems. Finally, it made some concrete proposals, measures and matters needing attention, expounded the influence of these measures on the future.
