摘要：在明确高校修缮工程含义的基础上，梳理其在设计、招投标、施工三个重要阶段的工程造价控制难点，并结合某高校修缮项目，介绍采取的工程造价控制措施，为高校修缮工程造价控制实践提供参考。

Abstract：On the basis of clarifying the meaning of university renovation project，this paper sorts out the difficulties of project cost control from the three important stages of design，bidding and construction. Combining with one university renovation project，analyzes the control countermeasures of project cost，in order to provide reference for the practice of project cost control in universities.
