摘要：从设计、建造方式、可拆装等角度系统分析了集成装配式模块房的技术优势，找出存在问题，从政策引导、技术支撑和拓展应用场景等方面提出建议，为在更广阔领域、用更快速度建造更多高质量集成装配式模块房，进一步塑造中国建造品牌提供参考。

Abstract：This paper systematically analyzes the technical advantages of the integrated prefabricated modular housing from the aspects of architectural design，construction mode，reusing after disassembly etc，finds out the existing problems，puts forward suggestions from the aspects of policy guidance，technical supporting and expanding the application field，lays the foundation for building integrated prefabricated modular housing with high speed and high quality in a wide field，then shapes the Chinese construction brand.
