摘要：提高绿色建造企业的生产力成为推动绿色建造进一步发展的重要手段。基于系统动力学理论，构建绿色建造企业生产力影响因素的系统动力学模型，从项目、管理、人力资源和技术四个方面分析各因素对绿色建造企业生产力的影响方式和影响程度进行仿真分析，并提出相应的对策和建议。

Abstract：Improving the productivity of green construction enterprises has become an important means to promote the further development of green construction. Based on the theory of system dynamics，this paper constructed the system dynamics model of the influencing factors of the productivity of green construction enterprises，then analyzed the influencing ways and degrees of each factor on the productivity of green construction enterprises from four aspects of project，management，human resources and technology，and carried out simulation analysis，and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
