基于区块链的建筑产业工人信息管理框架研究

摘要:产业工人队伍建设是建筑业向高质量发展的重要举措,然而目前建筑工人管理存在信息分散、不对称、不公开、不透明等问题,增加了产业工人的培育难度与成本。基于区块链的基本原理,构建去中心化的建筑产业工人信息管理框架,用于存储工人在培育、技能培训与鉴定、就业、施工作业等各阶段的信息,以形成安全、可信、透明的建筑工人信息共享环境,为推动建筑产业工人队伍建设提供数据支撑。

Abstract:The industrialization development of workers is a crucial measure for high-quality development of the construction industry. However,the current worker management in construction industry confronts problems such as information dispersion,asymmetry,non-disclosure and non-transparency,which increase the difficulty and cost of cultivating industrial workers. This paper applies basic principles of blockchain to establish a decentralized management framework for the information of construction workers,which can be used to integrate and store information generated during workers’ development,vocational training,skills evaluation,employment and construction operations. This framework is conducive to creating a safe,trustworthy and transparent environment for sharing of construction worker information,and provides data support for promoting the development of the industrial workers in construction industry.
