摘要：以装配式预制构件成本影响因素为研究对象，通过文献查阅、现场调研及专家咨询的方式，在总结形成预制构件成本因素体系的基础上，构建了基于DEMATEL-AISM法的预制构件成本影响因素模型，直观展示了预制构件成本的关键影响因素及其作用路径，分析了预制构件成本影响因素系统中各因素间的相互影响及逻辑关系，并提出相关建议。研究成果以期为装配式建筑预制构件的成本管理提供参考依据。

Abstract：Taking prefabricated building prefabricated component cost influencing factors as the research object，through literature review and expert consultation，on the basis of constructing prefabricated building prefabricated component cost factor system，this paper constructs prefabricated building prefabricated component cost influencing factor model based on DEMATEL and AISM method. This paper intuitively shows the key influencing factors and their action path of prefabricated building component cost，and analyzes the logical relationship between the elements of prefabricated building component cost factor system. Finally，puts forward some targeted suggestions，which can provide ideas for component cost management of prefabricated buildings.
