[摘　要]　通过邮寄问卷的形式，对我国建筑市场的信用现状和诚信信息平台的运行状况进行了调查。结果表明，我国建筑市场信用总体情况良好，政府信用状况明显优于其他主体信用，且对整个建筑市场的信用影响巨大。拖欠工程款，不合理压价、报价，工程进度拖延是三项最主要的不诚信行为，在造成工程质量安全事故的同时，已成为影响社会和谐稳定的重要消极因素。不诚信行为的追究处罚较为困难，亟待建立失信惩戒机制。政府主导的诚信信息平台总体状况较好，公众认可度高。取证难、数据不真实、缺乏法律保障、数据不共享是制约其发展的四大瓶颈。

Abstract: By using mailed questionnaires, this paper investigates the credit situation of China's construction market and the operational state of credit information platform. The results show that the credit situation of China's construction market is good. The credit situation of government is better than others' and it has a strong impact on the credit situation of China's construction market. Defaults on construction cost, pricing fraud and schedule delay are the most popular frauds. They cause not only quality and safety incidents, but also the negative factors of social harmony. It is hard to look into and punish the fraud, so it is urgent that a fraud disciplinary mechanism should be established. The credit information platform which is run by the government has a good operational situation and high public recognition. Hard to collect evidence, fabricate data, lack of legal protection and no information sharing are restraining factors of credit information platform.
