摘要：阐述国内EPC模式下项目成本管理内涵，结合笔者的具体实践经验，梳理EPC模式下项目成本管理流程，分析EPC模式下具体项目成本管理流程应用，以期为国内EPC模式下开展相关成本管理提供参考。

Abstract：The paper expounds the connotation of cost management under the mode of EPC，combined with the author’s experience in practical work experience，arranges the procedure of cost management under the mode of EPC，and analyzes application of the procedure of cost management under the mode of EPC，so as to provide reference to undertake EPC.
