摘要：全过程工程咨询服务有助于实现建设项目的集约化管理。针对政府投资项目的特点，结合全过程工程咨询服务的优势，探讨提升全过程工程咨询服务实施效果的途径，为政府投资项目实行全过程工程咨询服务取得较好效果提供参考。

Abstract：The life cycle engineering consulting service helps realize the intensive management of construction projects. Aiming at the characteristics of government investment projects and combining the advantages of life cycle engineering consulting service，this paper explores ways to improve the implementation effect of life cycle engineering consulting service in government investment projects，so as to provide reference for effective implementation of life cycle engineering consulting in government investment projects.
