摘要：基于湛江市“十三五”期间已建或在建的代建制建筑工程建设项目数据资料，从主体冲突发生的矛盾根源和冲突属性两个维度，深入分析主体矛盾冲突作用机理和运动规律，提出应用矛盾论基本观点构建政府投资项目主体冲突协调机制的思路方法。

Abstract：Based on the data of agent construction projects built or under construction during the 13th Five Year Plan period in Zhanjiang，this paper analyzes the mechanism and movement rule of subject conflict from the two dimensions of conflict origin and conflict attribute，and puts forward a method to construct the coordination mechanism of government investment project subject conflict with the basic viewpoint of contradiction theory.
