摘要:以智慧建筑运维管理平台的技术性支持为切入点,明确以物联网技术为基础的智慧建筑运维管理平台层次架构,即感知层、网络层、应用层。以某大型商业综合体为例,介绍其智慧化建筑运维管理平台的具体功能,包括能耗管理、安全管理、楼宇自控管理、照明管理和运维管理,实现建筑内部信息交互与可视化呈现、故障智能化自诊断、能源的高效管理等功能。

Abstract:Starting from the technical support of intelligent building operation and maintenance management platform,this paper defines the hierarchical structure of intelligent building operation and maintenance management platform based on Internet of Things technology,namely perception layer,network layer and application layer. Taking a large commercial complex as an example,introduces the specific functions of its intelligent building operation and maintenance management platform,including energy consumption management,safety management,building automation management,lighting management and operation and maintenance management,It can realize the powerful functions of building internal information interaction and visualization,fault intelligent self diagnosis,energy efficient management and so on.
