摘要：该研究试图在BIM技术应用的背景下，通过对目前我国适用的建筑工程合同示范文本的分析，探寻其条款中与技术应用不相适应乃至冲突的部分，并在研究的指导下，结合部分发达国家和地区的先进经验和措施，探究我国工程合同框架和具体条款的变更措施，为修订BIM技术应用相关的工程合同条款提供参考和建议，以适应技术进步和社会发展的需要。

Abstract：This paper attempts to explore the modified measures of BIM related contract terms and conditions through the research of the conflict between the demonstrative contract and the implementation of BIM in China，with the consideration of current research and methods from some advanced countries and districts. The result will provide reference and suggestions to meet the needs of technological progress and social development.
