摘要：本文应用SVAR模型，以2000年～2019年为研究时段，探究我国建筑业环境规制对经济增长的影响是否受技术创新中介作用。结果表明：环境规制短期内抑制建筑业经济增长；环境规制对其经济增长的影响的确存在技术创新的中介效应；环境规制通过中介作用的影响程度远大于其直接影响程度。

Abstract：This article applies the SVAR model and takes 2000～2019 as the research period，explores whether the impact of environmental regulation on economic growth is affected by the intermediary role of technological innovation in China’s construction industry. The results show that：environmental regulation restrains the economic growth of the construction industry in the short term；the influence of environmental regulation on its economic growth does have an intermediary effect of technological innovation and the degree of influence through the intermediary effect is far greater than its direct influence.
