[摘　要]　探讨如何在充分体现评价主体偏好的基础上，对施工企业的资信状况进行客观评价。首先，基于评价主体偏好构建资信评价框架，并按规则修订，使其兼备科学性；其次，提出两阶段评价思路，设定定量指标框架生成和实地访谈量化处理方法；最后，开发客观、主观和综合评价企业资信的计算方法，并对不同条件下的结果进行比较分析。此外，以A公司为特定评价主体，基于108份问卷调查数据和20家实地访谈数据，进行浙江省施工企业资信评价实例研究。

Abstract: This paper studies how to evaluate construction enterprises' credit objectively on the basis of expressing the preference of subjects. Firstly, the comprehensive framework is built on the specific subject's preference, and modified to have better scientificity. Secondly, the evaluation program is developed by building quantitative framework and calculating qualitative indicators quantitatively. Finally, mathematical methods are chosen to support the evaluation system for the purpose of objective and subjective evaluation, and different types of results are compared in advantages and disadvantages. Moreover, a study of credit rating of construction enterprises in Zhejiang Province is investigated by using above evaluation system.
