摘要：基于米特－霍恩政策执行模型，分析我国现阶段装配式建筑政策执行情况。研究发现，政策目标和体系不够完善、人力和经济资源有限、组织间的沟通与执行方式欠缺、政策执行机构协调难度大、政策执行环境条件不够充分和政策执行者积极性不高等是装配式建筑政策执行的现实困境；据此提出装配式建筑政策执行的完善路径。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the policy implementation of prefabricated building in China by using the Meter-Horn policy implementation model. The results show that the policy objectives and system are not perfect，the human and economic resources are limited，the communication and implementation methods between organizations are insufficient，the coordination of policy implementation agencies is difficult，the policy implementation environment is not sufficient and the enthusiasm of policy executors is not high. According to the above analysis，puts forward the improvement path of promoting the implementation of prefabricated building policy.
