装配式建筑垃圾全寿命期管理系统研究

摘要:针对装配式建筑垃圾管理难题,利用BIM、物联网、云计算、大数据等技术,结合装配式建筑全寿命期,明确装配式建筑垃圾管理思路、工作流程、功能层次,构建决策管理系统整体框架。该系统从两方面解决装配式建筑垃圾问题,一是制定统筹全局的最优处理方案,二是形成可追溯性动态的管理系统。研究结果将促进装配式建筑垃圾全寿命期内管理水平的提高,并最终实现从源头减少其产生量、提高回收利用率和降低处置成本的目的。

Abstract:In response to prefabricated construction waste management problems,using BIM,Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data and other technologies and considering the life cycle of prefabricated buildings,the paper clarifies the prefabricated construction waste management ideas,work processes,and functional levels,and builds the overall framework of the decision-making management system. The system solves the problem of prefabricated construction waste from two aspects,one is to formulate an overall optimal treatment plan,and the other is to form a traceable and dynamic management system. The research results will promote the improvement of the management level of prefabricated construction waste during the whole life,and ultimately achieve the goal of reducing the production from source,increasing recycling rate and reducing disposal costs.
