摘要:本文在装配式建筑和BIM技术的契合性分析基础上,以临港重装备产业区H36-02地块项目为依托,在传统建造模式(DBB)背景下,研究BIM技术在装配式建筑在设计、生产到施工的全产业链项目管理组织架构、数据传递机制及工作流程,为未来类似装配式建筑的项目管理实施提供借鉴。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the compatibility of prefabricated buildings and BIM technology,then based onthe case study of H36-02 project of Lingang Heavy Equipment Industrial Zone,the paper studies BIM-based project management organization structure,data transfer mechanism and work flow in the whole industry chain from design,production and construction,which provides a reference for the implementation of similar prefabricated construction project management in the future.
