我国装配式建筑产业发展水平研究

摘要:本文基于驱动力、压力、状态、影响和响应5个层面构建装配式建筑发展水平测度指标体系,运用系统综合评价模型探究中国装配式建筑整体发展水平。研究结果表明:我国装配式建筑发展整体来看还处于较低水平,不同地区发展差异明显,区域发展水平从高到低表现为:华东>中南>华北>西南>西北>东北;并且各评价子系统发展不协调,阻碍因素存在区域差异,因此需要因地制宜,根据省域发展的实际环境合理地制定发展战略。

Abstract:Based on five levels of driving force,pressure,state,influence and response,this paper constructs an index system for measuring the development level of prefab buildings in China,and uses a systematic comprehensive evaluation model to explore the overall development level of prefab buildings in China. The results show that the development of prefabricated buildings in China is still at a relatively low level as a whole,and there are obvious differences in the development of different regions. The regional development levels from high to low are as follows:Eastern China>Central south China>Northern China>Southwestern China>Northwest China>Northeast China. Moreover,the development of each evaluation subsystem is not coordinated,and the hindering factors are regional differences. Therefore,it is necessary to take measures according to local conditions and formulate development strategies reasonably according to the actual environment of provincial development.
