摘要：建筑工程造价管控贯穿于项目建设的全过程，若想实现对建筑工程造价的全面有效管控，需要掌握建筑工程项目各个阶段的造价管控要点。分析建筑工程项目决策、设计、招投标、施工、竣工验收五个阶段造价管控要点。以某项目为例，介绍建设单位在各阶段所采用的具体造价管控措施，希望能够对其他同类建筑工程项目全过程造价管控有所帮助。

Abstract：The cost control of building engineering plays a role on the whole process of construction，there fore it’s necessary to master the key points of cost control at each stage of construction for making the building engineering cost be controlled comprehensively and effectively. This paper analyzes the key points of cost control in five stages of construction project decision-making，design，bidding，construction，completion and acceptance. Taking a project as an example，this paper introduces the concrete cost control measures adopted by the construction unit in each stage，hoping to be helpful to the whole process cost control of other similar construction projects.
