摘要：AB价法结合EPC模式和工程量清单计价模式的优点，鼓励承包人在限额设计效益增值部分的投入，借鉴工程量清单计价规则指导EPC模式建设项目建安工程费、设备购置费计价计量，将无形的效益增值智力成果计价和有形的建筑产品实体计价有效分开。当A价=B价时，发包人获得满足功能、规模、标准的建设产品，承包人获得预期利润，发承包双方利益诉求达到平衡。以某大学新校区建设项目为例，详述AB价法在EPC模式建设项目中的应用实践，以期为其它EPC模式建设项目合同计价提供参考。

Abstract：The AB pricing method combines the advantages of the EPC model and the bill of quantities model，encourages contractors to invest in the value-added part of the quota design，draws on the bill of quantities model to standardize the measurement and pricing rules of construction and installation engineering costs，equipment purchase costs，and adds intangible benefits to intellectual results valuation and physical valuation of tangible construction products are effectively separated. When price A=price B，the developer obtains a construction product that meets the function，scale，and standards，the contractor obtains the expected profit，and the interests of both the developer and the contractor are balanced. Taking the construction project of a new campus of a university as an example，the application practice of the AB pricing method in EPC engineering general contracting projects is detailed，in order to provide a reference for the valuation of other EPC engineering general contracting projects.
