[摘　要]　提出了建设企业集团大型设备集中优化调拨模式，即在建设企业集团设置两级设备采购交易中心，自项目部至分子公司和集团母公司协同编制设备使用需求计划、采购建造计划、租赁计划和修理改造计划，统一由两级设备采购交易中心集中采购、租赁、修理改造，并根据分子公司多项目设备使用需求进行优化调拨。另外，还提出了建设企业集团设备协同计划体系，并构建了大型设备集中优化调拨模型，有效支持多项目大型设备的协同计划和集中优化调拨。

Abstract: Centralized management and allocation model of large equipment was proposed in this paper. Firstly, centralized purchase of equipment was set up in the parent company and branch /subsidiary companies, the distributed-cooperated equipment plan including using plan, procurement plan, lease plan and repair-renewal plan were developed from the project departments to parent company; and then all of the large equipment were centralized allocated respectively by the parent company and branch/subsidiary companies; finally, the centralized allocation model of equipment was also proposed to allocate the large equipment more effectively.
