摘要：施工过程结算是工程造价改革的发展方向，对建设工程参与者来说既是机遇又是挑战。为探索工程造价纠纷的多元化解决途径和方法，评估施工过程结算对城市轨道交通工程建设的影响，以杭州地铁西站工程为试点，对施工过程结算涉及的阶段划分原则、组织实施方法、预期效果及遇到的问题等进行了专题研究，总结了大量可操作、可执行的成功经验，旨在解决城市轨道交通建设工程结算过程中各种堵点、难点，为有效解决“结算难”探索出路。

Abstract：Construction process settlement is the development trend for construction cost reformation，which is both opportunity and challenge to the participants in the engineering construction. In order to explore diversified ways and methods to solve project cost disputes and evaluate the impact of construction process settlement on urban rail transit project construction，by taking Hangzhou Metro West Station project as a pilot project，this paper carries out a special research on stage division principles，organization and implementation methods，expected effect and problems involved in construction process settlement，and summarizes a large number of operable and practical problems. The executable successful experience aims to solve all kinds of blocking points and difficulties in the settlement process of urban rail transit construction projects，and explore a way out for effectively solving the settlement difficulty.
